Entrepreneur Coach and Female Founder Growth Expert
Tamu is an entrepreneurship coach, trainer and speaker focused on scaling women-owned businesses and fostering innovations. In 2012 she founded Innovative Education and Training Solutions, the Eastern Caribbean's first online learning platform, providing women with access to tutoring for Advanced Level qualifications in Management, IT and Entrepreneurship.
In 2016 Tamu launched Coaching by Tamu, helping Caribbean female founders build scalable ventures. She created the High-growth Entrepreneurship Roadmap (HER) and runs programs like Level Up Ladies Accelerator to drive impact and generational wealth, partnering with global organisations such as OAS, UNESCO and UNDP.
Business Resilience Coach and Trainer
Jillian is a passionate problem-solver and business coach with nine years of experience in sales, marketing and business development. After the pandemic shifted many towards entrepreneurship, She pivoted to coaching, empowering over 160 entrepreneurs to build sustainable business models.
With a focus on one-on-one coaching consultants, group coaching for momentum, and business skills training for organisations. Jillian helps clients increase revenue, overcome challenges and achieve growth.

Melisa is a Financial Educator and Chartered Financial Consultant Candidate, with a background as a former Chief Executive in financial services. Inspired by a childhood interest in finance, Melisa transitioned from civil engineering to financial education, where they have made significant contributions to the industry.

Currently, she is focused on building digital solutions that promote the financial wellbeing of women student loan borrowers and drive financial inclusion in the Eastern Caribbean through Your Money Worth.
